Chris was born in Orlando, Florida and has lived there ever since. He began in the business of real estate in 2015 as a referral agent for Alton Clark Realty (name prior to CENTURY21 Alton Clark). Chris made the decision to transition from Referral Agent to a full Real Estate Agent in January 2016, making the full commitment to working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.
Chris has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers, commercial and vacant land. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. Chris is also a graphic designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of his Listings. As a result of having these skills, Chris is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.
Chris graduated from the William R. Boone High School and Valencia Community College with a Music and Sound Technology Degree. When Chris is not assisting his clients, he’s still playing his guitar and other instruments fulfilling his musical needs. He’s an avid sportsman who enjoys ultimate frisbee, golf, Obstacle Course Racing, CrossFit exercises, bowling, shooting range and fishing.
Chris is an advocate for the local heroes; firefighters, police, teachers, medical professionals and of course military of all branches.
