Model & Property Release Forms

• Model Release Form: Grants permission to use an individual's likeness in media.

• Property Release Form: Allows Neun Group Media to photograph a property and use the images for marketing.

• Both forms release Neun Group Media from liability claims regarding usage.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid fees.

• $50 cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations.

• $25 rescheduling fee if appointment is moved within 24 hours.

• No-shows may be billed 50% of the service fee.

Licensing & Usage Rights Agreement

• Neun Group Media retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients may use images only for real estate marketing.

• Images cannot be resold, transferred, or sublicensed without written permission.

• Third parties (builders, designers, etc.) must obtain a separate license.
